Sorry but you cannot get this college with this rank. Generally cutoffs changes every year but it doesn't change this much.

Last year the closing rank was 7400 for 2A(rural) category and 6200 for 2A (General) category.

So, you can see the rank difference.

Generally KCET cutoffs depends upon various factors but if you consider previous year cutoffs then you can get any branch in Ramaiah except these branches, namely, CS Computers, EC Electronics, EE Electrical, ISE Info.Science.

Last year the closing rank was around 1800-3600 for these branches.
