No, intermediate weightage is not taken into consideration to finalize your All India Rank. Your rank depends on the marks and percentile you have scored in JEE Main. Your rank depends on number of candidates appeared in the exam, highest score scored by a candidate in your shift etc.

Eligibility to get a seat for bachelor of veterinary program is to have passed xii Science with Minimum 50% marks in PCB for general category, 40% marks SC/St/OBC. As you have got 262/300 ie around 86% marks in PCB so you are eligible for appearing kcet. K CET

in 2020 in the month of june on the date 11 it was ranked 42nd among engineering colleges by the national institutional ranking framework (NIRF) , its rank has been improved it was earlier on rank 50th and now its on 42th rank

You mentioned your board examination Percentage but you did not mention your score as it depends on many factors but it is impossible to predict without your score, and even with score there wouldn't be any exact prediction of rank and inorder to get good rank you need
