You should know it well that PSU job through GATE is permanent as you will be an government employee. But remember if you are involved in unfair means, corruption etc, no job is permanent.

Domicile certificate is quite an important document in the admission process, and your son would require it in mostly any UG or PG course he'd like to pursue. 

So, in my opinion, yes the domicile certificate will be required and your son will be able to get the certificate

Yes admission into PSUs shall majorly take place through GATE scores. 

Hence appesring GATe is strongly recommended. 

Students pursuing Mtech and postgraduate Students are also eligible for PSU via GATE scores.

Hello Anitha, please check the last year's NEET Admission Brochure carefully, in some exams its sufficient to prove that you gave class 12th from that state to get seat under state quota. In that case only your School LC will suffice.
