for which circle should i apply for bsnl jto, as i am from jaipur and they have no vacancy for rajasthan circle?

Yes, they dont have vacancy for Rajasthan circle but you can apply for near by locations like UP, PUNJAB and as BSNL is recruiting through Gate for the first time so it is not possible to predict any specific cut off for same and according to me you should apply

With this score, chances are there in lower NITs and if you talk about PSUs then better to try for BSNL, huge number of vacancies are there. So may be your score works there.

From where I get BARC online test paper?

As there is no such particular BARC syllabus, it is almost same as Gate so you can practice as per Gate syllabus only. And Gate online mocks will be working for the same and BARC questions asked only from technical specific subjects including mathematics and there will be no questions

With this score, there are chances in lower NITs only so if you want you can try for them. And as BSNL providing very high number of vacancies this year so better to try for that as well.

Recruitment in PSUs is based on B.Tech percentage and Gate score and percentage of 12th does not have such importance in PSUs through GATE 2017.

PSUs basically consider B.Tech and Gate score and how well you perform in your GD/PI. And 12th percentage is only required for eligibility criteria.

Yes, chances are there with this score so better to apply for more number of PSUs as per the eligibility given by them and NLC was done with application process on 31st Jan 2017 so there you cannot apply now. But there are many other PSUs still left with the

The score is good so it has good chances for the same. But GD/PI also carries 20-25% of weightage to get recruited in any of the PSU. So better to prepare for it very well this will increase your chances to get job there. And as of now, many PSUs
