mam can you please tell how much of percentage in 12th is required as per psu criteria through gate?

Recruitment in PSUs is based on B.Tech percentage and Gate score and percentage of 12th does not have such importance in PSUs through GATE 2017.

No. Your 12th and 10th percentages do not matter. You can appear and write GATE irrespective of the percentages you have in your 10th, 12th or undergraduation.
