If your question means to ask that is there any relaxation of marks to OBC, ST, SC or PwD in compare to general category in GATE PSU selection then the answer is yes. As these are government jobs, These categories get relaxation according to the government norms. For

There is relaxation in the cut-off marks and application fees is also less. Moreover there is a reservation of 2-3 percent seats for people with disability candidates.

Almost all of the PSUs have closed the application for the recruitment through GATE.Hope you have applied for them.A few like  RITES,CEL are open .

You don't have such a score that PSUs will directly call you.You need to apply for them on their official website under "careers"

But I think cermics are needed by all psu for ceramic equipments. But they dont recruit every year. So check for all
