Almost all of the PSUs have closed the application for the recruitment through GATE.Hope you have applied for them.A few like RITES,CEL are open .
You don't have such a score that PSUs will directly call you.You need to apply for them on their official website under "careers"

CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average. In Education system it has started way earlier to assess your Marks. See there are no different ways of Calculation of GPA for PSU's. They follow the same rule
You may have no problem with your 12th result.It is fine.They generally consider you BTech CGPA which is more than enough.You can check here
