CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average. In Education system it has started way earlier to assess your Marks. See there are no different ways of Calculation of GPA for PSU's. They follow the same rule

with this score , it's hard to tell you that maybe you will get the psu , top iit and top nit.
but you can try for the lower nit to master degree.
