Getting 65 marks in GATE in Electrical department is a good score.As You are from  O BC ,it will be an added advantage.But this year GATE 2019 paper is easy and the cut off may go high compared to previous year cutoff.However you will get a good IIT

Most of the PSUs eligibility criteria is 65 %. But few PSUs keep their eligibility criteria upto 60 %. For SC/ST it is relaxed to upto 55 %.

First of all there are very few PSU which recruit Computer Science students. Here is the list along with there preevious year cutoff in SC category.

There maximum number of vacany in PSUs for ECE candidate and this is the reason why ECE paper  is quiet tough.

If you have score 65 you might not get a call for PSUs but you can apply individually to the PSUs like:BEL,BHEL,NPCIL,Power grid,BPCL,ONGC,NTPC,CIL,BARC,ISRO,DRDO,IOCL,BSNL,BBNL,GAIL etc.

67.33 is a good score in GATE EE 2019, congratulations on that.

For PSUs, this is a decent score, and yes you have very good chances to get into a PSU, but it majorly depends from PSU to PSU cutoff.
