With your marks you can easily get the veterinary seat through the central couselling process. The veterinary counselling is carried out by the Veterinary Counsil of India and you will have to go for the registration first and then you will have to fill the choices as per your preference

Based on your rank and category and you didnt mention the type of candidate either general or karnataka candidate, so considering you as general candidate you may get into these college on previous year's cutoff list.

Well only if you have a Home State Quota at the mediocre to low NITs. Else very difficult. Also, you will not get the trending branches as per your rank. Another thing to mention, if you have Home State Quota at the North-Eastern NITs, you can get even CSE.
