The Cut off calculation for NATA exams in Anna University is done like this - 

It has to be at least 50%

50% of Aggregate marks of the Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Exam with subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry,

Language, English and additional subjects - 200

50% of NATA Score

With 598 marks, you have a decent chance of getting a seat in UCMS as cutoff for UR category last year was 581 marks. 

Cutoffs are even lower if you have caste reservation too.

Your boards percentage is great but not so , is your NATA score. For admission in good government college , you need a petty decent score of 150+ . More over anything above 130 will get you into a very good college (Private) and a score above 150
