Full fee reimbursement for students : 

• Top 1000 ECET rankers
• Below10,000 rank in CET(EAMCET)

Those students whose rank is above 10,000 in CET is eligible for a fee reimbursement of  Rs. 35000 the rest to be paid by students.

Sorry to say but it seems a bit tough for you to get admission in your preferred college ie national institute of technology this year.

You can go for other government Engineering colleges or prepare for JEE mains next year.
