if you are a general category student your chances of getting admission in Delhi University are quite less. Atleast 95 percentile is required for general category and your percentage is very less compared to it. If you belong to some other category you may check last year’s cut off

if you are a general category student you stand no chance of getting admission in Delhi University. The competition in Delhi University is very high and a general category student needs atleast 95 percentile for admission. You may check the closing ranks of last year for all colleges according

The lowest cutoff I was able to find was of 182 for BSC
That's why at your marks bsc seems highly unlikely. I suggest you to choose some other private college because colleges under ICAR have cutoff above 180.
