There is no any role of your class 12th marks in deciding your cml rank of  jcece.
But you should have to carry your results during the time of counseling for documents verification.

if you belong to reserved category then i would suggest to stay in counselling process and even if you dont still stay in counselling process because you may have a chance to secure a government medical college depending upon your domicile city or home university. i am attaching

according to the previous year cut off, you have a fair chance to secure a govt medical seat via state quota in haryana. i believe the cut off for ews students will be less than general category rank hence even though this year the cut off may increase
