Well you have many options besides MBBS. Your score is a bit too low. With this score, all you can get is BDS( that is rare possibility, and you will get it in private colleges). Or else, you can also take up any of the para medical courses.

According to previous year cut off of general category, the minimum marks were 410(UNR) and 397(LOC) in private colleges of Telangana.

So, after implementation of EWS, you have good chances of getting admission in private colleges of Telangana under state quota.
