For getting admission in nits, iiit, gftis you need to have a minimum of 75 % in the boards. Since your boards marks is less so the alloted seat is canceled. You can get admission in other colleges like kl University or private colleges.

I am sorry to tell you that since you have very low score you have very low chances of getting NIT not even in spot rounds. NITs, IIITs , GFTIs have quite large cutoff than your score. Please apply for private colleges like  colleges in Orissa, Bangalore etc
