Yes it is possible for you to get Fee reimbursement. Please clarify it during TS PGECET counselling from the college you are alloted. Annual income limit for Reserved categories like BCE, BCD, SC, ST, etc is 2 lakhs per annum to get fee reimbursement so make sure of that
