I am sorry to tell you but with a rank of 738099 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government or medical college for medical in any round for the whole counselling. I think you should drop out from the counselling.

It is tough to get Nair dental college with this score as the cutoff this year is expected to raise a bit. Admission is mainly based on rank and this year the Rank has dropped much as compared to score. So it would be very tough.

Hey, you won't be able to get a government seat in 363 marks in 3B category.. 3B category belongs to OBC category and the cut off for it goes a bit high.. Good luck.. Hope this helps..
