To be very fair let me tell you very clearly that you are having no chance of getting a Seat in government college for MBBS in any of the college. But still you can get admission in other courses like BHMS BAMS BDS etc in any government college.

In Jee advanced score does not matter .To get admission in old IITs main thing is what rank you get.But you must expect that to admission in old IITs with good rank you should score very good rank.
