You will get fee reimbursement if you belong to bc/sc/st.But if you belong to OC then you wont get fee reimbursement,well it can be possible if you have income certificate showing income less than 1 lakh per annum.

Dont compare this year's marks vs rank chart with the previous year's one. in  2018,  the marks for rank  61000 would be 420-430. but this year it has changed drastically. Hope this information might help you out. NEET is more high scoring this year than the last.
