With 63% marks in class 12th you are eligible for neet. Eligibility criteria for neet exam is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% if general and 40% if obc/sc/st in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th through a recognised educational board. So yes you are eligible for neet

UPSEE exam is a state exam . So it is your state rank. All students give this exam and conducted in Uttar Pradesh. Counselling is done on the basis of the general rank. It matter what is your general rank. You will get benfits if you are in OBC/SC/ST category.

There is a total of 5565 medical seats in Uttar pradesh for the state quota among which almost 50% are taken by reservations. I'm sorry tonsay that you have no chances for the a government medical college seat in UP. You can try for the private medical or

With 275 marks it is hard to get medical seat through state quota or all india quota anywhere in India no matter which category to belong to either general or reserved. If you belong to any reserved category then there are some chances to get medical seat in

You can also go with haldia of technology. Last year cutoff of haldia cse cutoff round 4 was 10600 so you have probable chances of getting admitted to it.
But it is all about matter of luck but you can get other colleges too.

With 222 marks and belonging to obc category you have no chances to get seat in govt medical college. But you might get seat in private medical college in you domicile state through state quota. However 222 marks are too low to fetch govt dental college also. You

Well,you can get admitted into any one of the branches in I.e. m. Saltlake…..if you have any special inclination towards government institutions then Calcutta university could be your first choice…although getting cs would be tough…but you can wait for the spot round..in kalyani too you can almost get any stream.
