If you are from general quota then there is no chance of civil engineering in any college .

It really depends on your Category and domicile as far as getting admission in the government engineering colleges under WBJEE is concerned.

On the other hand, you can get admission in HIT, Techno India Salt Lake with this rank as a general category student. Hope that helps.

Hey no you wont be able to get any government college as the cut off for All India goes very high for general and for reserved category both.. I don't think so you will get through state quota also... Try for some private college that gives admission at low marks..
