You can apply for any college that you want through JoSAA, with the course that you want no matter what the cut-off. But you will be allotted the course and the college which has cut-off lower than your score and higher in your preference list. So just make a list

Along with this they also require Mathematics in 10+2, and also Bachelor's degree for min 3 years.
