Sorry to inform you, you can't be able to get admission in any nit or Government engineering College with this rank. You got 69000 rank in OBC category and this is not enough for a government colleges. So I suggest you to opt for a private engineering college
Hello Lohith, you have decent rank in TS EAMCET and also it is below 10 thousand so you are eligible for most of the college which give admission on the basis of it. But I guess getting fee reimbursement is quite difficult beacause it is mostly for the top rankers
