For MBBS at Government Medical Colleges in Delhi, you need to score at least near to 612 marks in NEET UG which was the last year cutoff at NDMC Medical College, Delhi and Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi (614). 

For BDS at Government

Absolutely it's a good decision for you to pursue MBA. You have got quite some time now to prepare for CAT so do your best and even if you get a 60 percentile you'll get a decent college offering decent placements. It is always suggested not to go for distance
