You have fair chances of getting admission in Iem,Heritage,etc.

AOT , BP Poddar, Haldia, NSEC, Rcciit, STCET these are some of the colleges of wbjee that you may apply with the rank that you have scored for seeking admission. However choice of branch at this may vary as its a bit high to get good one in first round

Your percentile sounds pretty good but the cutoff lists are based on ranks and not on percentile. I think with 96.7 percentile you can get any NIT you want but just to be sure you can check the cutoff list for NITsfrom the link given below.
