Since your rank is quite high so any government college won't be in your hands. Good colleges that you may look upto are kj soumaiya,vjti,spce,etc. However you may look upto some other good colleges as well. Wait for the counselling proceedings to begin. Hope you get a good college.

Yes, you can probably expect IITs. Your rank is fine as per the scores needed in the admissions for IIT in jee advance. It may be possible you may not get the seats in the first attempt of counselling but you would probably get one of your choice in other

I am really sorry but you have very less chance to get a seat in JEE mains. However you can apply for colleges like NIT pondicherry, NIT agartala and much more. Don't lose hope because the counseling process can be really unpredictable at times.
