i don't think think you will get hitam college bcoz its cut-off is higher well you can try on it councilling

Yes you might get the admission in BHU UET for bsc agriculture with this rank. But you will have to wait for third-fourth round of counselling for the same. Also, there are counselling done even after the fifth round. So you don't have to worry about the seat.

There are very limited govt architectural colleges in UP. But you can get FOA which is considered the best in UP in second or third round of counselling with such rank. But you should look for other colleges too.
