your rank is well but you are not eligible for the top goverment colleges. they require much higher rank. but surely  you can get admission in other deemed and private colleges like :

Considering last year trend then with this rank it will be difficult to get IT in Haldia and Heritage. If you want either of these college then you can get Chemical or Civil.

If you want IT then you have to switch to Techno or Narula Institute.
