With 429 marks, you could get GMERS and I am assuming that you know they are self financed colleges.

The expected marks are said to be less than or equal to 50 marks for SC and ST category. Hence, you would be qualifying JEE advanced.

as per previous years cutoff the cutoff was 57+ for m.tech admission in government college of engineering tirunelveli. see every year closing rank and cutoff scores are slightly differ. so i suggest you to participate in the counselling process and lets see whats happen.

sorry to say at this score it is really difficult to get osmania univesity. 

as number of seats are really less. and even for your category score it is really impossible.
