It's a bit hard to get a seat in top colleges because you percentage is not enough to get into top NIT's.but you may chances of getting into civil or mechanical but not in top colleges
There may be a possibility if you belong to scheduled castes.

Sorry to say this but 64 percentile cannot get you any college, but try for some private colleges which gives you seat based on jee mains marks they are generally called as b-category.
