Well, securing 83.91 percentile in Jee Mains may not be enough for getting admission into any of the NITs or IIITs across India in core branches of engineering. But you may get admission into some of the GFTIs through Josaa counseling. But it's better to apply for colleges

Absolutely NO. You cannot get admission into government medical colleges of Kerala with 142 marks even if you come under ST category. You can try for Deemed universities for medical and dental colleges if you can afford the fees.

Or even drop isn't a bad option provided you study harder
