Hiii semeon...No, not at all, because at this score you aren't even fulfilling the qualification criteria of govt colleges. So there's hardly any chance of getting admission in any quota.

I will say that you should fill out the IITs and the branch you are getting in choice filling. Every year there is different cut offs and female supernumerary given upto low cut off. Just do the choice filling and wait for the counseling.
