sorry to say that a/c to previous year cutoff u may not get a seat in medical college neither state nor AIQ as u know that this year paper was pretty easy so cutoff may vary this year. I would suggest u to try for BDS/BAMS/BHAMS

IITs option will be available to you due to you being a holder of preparatory rank in SC category. Such a candidate is eligible for preparatory courses only. You might be getting options of IITs in JoSAA portal but I can assure you, you are not eligible for normal
