The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the NEET 2019 result on 5th June 2019. Along with that, NTA has also released the NEET 2019 merit list for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The NEET merit list for the other 85% seats will be released by the counselling authorities

For getting IIT you have to clear JEE Advanced exam not jee mains and you have to secure rank under 10000.From your jee main rank you will get admission only in NITs,IIITs,and other GFTIs.
