I am sorry to inform you that with this mark you have very less or no chances to get govt MBBS/BDS seat.
However , the closing ranks for different colleges keeps on changing every year so you might stand some chances in private clg for bds.

It depends on the state you belong as the cutoffs are different in different colleges but i would say it should above 470 for your category to get a seat in government medical college.
