See as per your Marks-405it will be difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have scored above 550 to be on the safer side

Frankly, 309 is less for a general category student. Especially this year when marks have gone high. I don't want to break your heart but this score may fall short for a good college.
And talking about private college, every college has different fee structure. Go through their websites

Their is no IIT which accepts Jee Mains score. If you want admissions in IITs then, first of all you should qualify Jee Mains exam and then qualify Jee Advance. Their are total 23 IITs in India and each of them accepts Jee Advance score for admission.
