With a rank of 580 in general, 208 in OBC and 209 marks in the BHU-UET Maths Group. you have a good chance in getting a seat in the main campus. Last year's cutoff for maths group was -

Your rank is more important than the marks you scored in NEET 2019 exam. Seats are allocated according to your rank and not you marks.

You less marks so you have very less chances of getting government college but because of the reserve category you might get seat .           

There are very few government college in Himachal. So chances are very less

If I see previous year closing ranks for different nit then I find that except the top nit's you are eligible for getting nit's like nit Agartala , nit Raipur , nit Jamshedpur
