As per your rank in OBS-NCL Category its nearly impossible for you to get a seat into IIT maybe you can get a seat in  NIT but the NIT and Branch will be of your choice cant be said.

Admissionto IIITs are through JEE MAIN marks.

With this it will be 50-50. If you go through the previous year cutoff's then the closing marks was around 476 for State quota and 530 for AIQ for Gauhati Medical college and the least was 420(State quota) for Tezpur Medical college.

The rank you get is quite low to get a seat in Nizam college of hyderabad.

As till now the lowest cutoff offered by Nizam college is around 1700 or less but not more then that even for reserved categories.

Well considering the information which you are giving you got 4825 general rank and 241 category rank in nimcet . You have not mentioned the category. So if it is obc then considering previous year nit closing ranks , except nit trichy you are elgible to get all the nit.
