As per your rank in OBS-NCL Category its nearly impossible for you to get a seat into IIT maybe you can get a seat in NIT but the NIT and Branch will be of your choice cant be said.
Admissionto IIITs are through JEE MAIN marks.
The CLOSING RANK for all IIITs for all branches are approximately less than 12000 for OBC-NCL CATEGORY.
So it is very difficult for you to get into IIITs.
