Your rank is quite high and it's very difficult  almost having no chances of getting into nits. But it might be possible for you to get iiits or gftis colleges only if you belong to SC or St candidate and that too you'll get in very last round

Your overall best choice would be to go with a better college if you don't have any particular interests. You won't have many IITs as an option. Though you can decent good branch in decent NITs. Below is the list of top colleges which you might get:
