thanks for asking your query as per your rank in ts eamcet you cannot get seat in IARE for ece branch because for that you should have rank in between 2000 to 5000 and your rank is considerably low therefore chances are very less in your case.

With this rank it is quite difficult to get a seat in any nit. Some of the students will manage to get seat with this rank also through their home state quota but it is quite difficult to get a seat in your state's nit even with home

You won't be able to get any IIT with CS branch or maybe no other branch too. However, if you are interested in computer science you could get into following IIITs:-

although if you go through management quota you can get many good options in pune

like Bharti Vidyapeeth New Law College, MIT Law school , simbiosis law college , Fergusson college of Law and many more
