Ranks within 495 is generally the set cutoff for General category home state quota in KMC for MBBS. 

This can vary between 450 to 600 ranks as an average for general category . 

Also minimum 50th percentile marks in UR Category is must for qualifying.

There are no chances as last year closing rank for kmc was around 23k. Also I would suggest you to take a drop and prepare yourself for another year as you have achieved a respectable score.
