If we take into consideration of previous year WBJEE rank vs marks, your rank will be around 6k (as per previous year). So with this rank you may not be able to get any of the 4 year B.Tech courses at Jadavpur University but you can get 5-Year B.Arch.

Dear aspirant, this is not a so good rank. You can get a seat in nit but won't get admission in nit trichy or nit warangal. You can get nits like Bhopal, assam, madhya pradesh, arunachal pradesh etc and streams like biomedical, chemical, agriculture, it maybe in special rounds. 

Yes, with 432 marks you might get a government college if you belong to states like Madhya Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal etc however cut off goes a bit high for states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra etc.. But still there is higher chance that you might get a government seat.. Hope this
