Hi, you have less chance of getting a good branch in top NITs. You can get branches like metallurgical, polymer, manufacturing, ceramic,food technology etc. You can check the colleges you can get by using the college predictor by referring to the link given

For your pwd category rank you may get some choices like- NIT jamshedpur ECE, Raipur IT, bhopal ECE , agartalla ECE,  jamshedpur  metallurgy,  jamshedpur EEE,  srinagar CSE, kurushetra IT,  patna ECE, mech 

You can get almost all branches except CSE in above NITs.

For your 42000 rank in jeemains you have very low chances for getting any seat in any NITs for Barch. You may not get admission in top colleges for your rank. 

So better is to prepare for next year jee mains. And appear for jee mains.

The college accepting jee advanced ranks are IITs, IISERs and IISC. The closing rank for these colleges are very high. If you just qualify advanced than it is of no use. No lower college accept jee advanced score.

You can a seat in all most all the top colleges leaving a few universities. I will mention a few colleges for you.

According to me for your 158 marks in jee advanced, your rank will be in top 10000. If the paper was too tough then your rank will be in top 5000.
