DU JAT final result is calculated after taking into account both the class 12th results and Entrance merit. In the overall score,65% of the entrance test and 35%of qualifying examination are taken into consideration. Candidates who scores the maximum in the aggregate of the two elements,is ranked highest.

AIIMS has disclosed the merit list which includes the name of the students who have been offered the counselling.
But the thing is AIIMS did not give the rank letter and they haven't mentioned when the students are going to get it. So wait for further information.

Based on your nata score you are eligible to get admission into this college. But admission also depends on the no. of seats available and accordingly counselling will be done. And you also need to fulfill other eligibility criteria if set by this college in order to get admission.
