I got 200 marks sc category ,can i participate in neet counseling?

As per your query I would like to tell you that you can participate in NEET counseling if you have cleared your exams. Looking at your marks I can say that you have cleared so yes you can participate in it but your marks are too low to get you a seat in government college. You can apply for deemed colleges to be on safer or you can take a year drop and prepare well for next year.
