See in ipu there are 2 kind of colleges the government ones and the private ones.  The govt ones have comparatively much less fees as compared to private or semi govt ones. Talking about govt fee it's around  60000 and about private colleges it around 1.20 Lpa.

congrats for a great score in neet and you can get admission in private government colleges but according to last year cutoff you are not eligible to government medical colleges through obc state quota.

but can get admission in all government dental colleges in Uttrakhand.

Also, NATA Eligibility Criteria 2019 states that the candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics i.e. 150 out of 300

So, unfortunately you are not eligible according to criteria
