Hi, with 320 marks in general category it might be difficult for you to get seat in govt. or private college through All India Quota as the the cutoffs for admission are very high(500+ marks). But you might be able to get admission through state quota or through management quota.
Definitely you should also add CMAT scores as it is conducted by AICTE on the behalf of different B schools and has got a better reputation as compared to MAH CET. Moreover if you don't have the state domicile of Maharashtra then you should definitely add it because in MAH
