Hey, you did not tell your category so difficult to determine but even if you belong to reserved category 345 are very less.. One must score 350 or 400+ to get a government medical college if he / she belongs to reserved category and 500+ if belongs to UR.. Hope

Hello Vishal, based on your score of 422 in NEET 2019, it is difficult to get a government MBBS seat in the government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh since the cut offs for admission to different government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh are high for OBC category also.

It's a little bit tough for you with this rank to get a bsc agriculture. From a couple of years it's been notified that the cotoff for bsc agriculture is around to 3000-3500 rank in EAMCET. But since you belong to bc-e category, you might have a chance

No 310 marks are just too less to get admission in a government college.. You can try for some private medical colleges or deemed university in oder to do MBBS. You can also go for some other options like Biotechnology, Research according to your point of interest... Hope this helps..
