Hey Karla, With these marks there are fewer chances of being getting admission at NEET 2019 but you can still take admission to very good colleges. If possible first check the cut-offs of the government college in your state as there you can even get a seat under state quota

See with this rank it's going to be difficult for you to get a government college. You may try for private colleges. But you won't be getting a seat in a government college because every year the cut off ranks go higher. You can check the last years ranks
